January 1, Report: 60+ Felons Charged with Violent Crimes While Out on Bond
More than 60 Chicago felons were arrested again and charged with violent crimes while out on bond this year.
Reports show the charges included murder, attempted murder, and gun violence.
According to CWBChicago, Malik Perteet is the most recent felon to be rearrested while out on bond awaiting trial. In March, prosecutors charged the 22-year-old with felony gun possession after he allegedly exchanged gunfire with someone who shot at him at a gas station. An 11-year-old girl was killed in the crossfire by a bullet from the other gunman’s weapon, prosecutors said.
Records show that Chicago police also wanted to charge Perteet with reckless discharge of a firearm. Instead, he went home under electronic monitoring after posting a $7,500 bond.
However, the electronic monitoring didn’t prove to be much of a deterrent. According to prosecutors, Perteet shot and tried to kill a 17-year-old girl during a marijuana transaction earlier this month.
“He is the 60th person accused of killing, trying to kill, or shooting someone in Chicago this year while awaiting trial for a felony. A total of 92 victims are involved in those crimes,” CWBChicago reported.
Perteet is now being held without bond on charges of aggravated battery by discharging a firearm and first-degree murder.

Our Justice system has duel standards; one for radical liberals and another for conservatives. Just look at the cruel and unusual punishment being inflicted upon the Jan. 6th detainees who have NOT been charged with ANY crime yet imprisoned without bail for nearly a year now; however, they let out murders on bail awaiting trial so they can commit more murders. Ya see, a real criminal could care less if they are on bail or not, they will continue to commit crimes just like a criminal gun holder won’t abide by the gun laws, yet they want to take civilians who abide by the law’s guns away from them.

The PERFECT place for a high security, no escape possible jail, is Johnston Athol. It is 580 miles away from land, and as a military officer stated, 580 miles above hell. There’s nothing to make a watercraft with, and the fish in those waters are HUNGRY! This is where those felons belong, and cannot escape from.

The only thing wrong with that, although I like the idea, is the fact that when the bidding was opened a few years ago for the atoll usage, none were submitted. So therefore the Air Force has total control and they are using it for hazardous waste management and destroying chemical agents which has been ongoing for decades. They would never allow humans to actually live there, prisoners or otherwise. I wonder if Kwajalein would work.

that only creates more innocent victim’s lives that we cannot properly defend.

You have to understand the liberal and progressive mindset. They coddle criminals because it makes them feel good: “I am wonderful, compassionate, and open minded!”
They instinctively “know” there isn’t any real evil: Except white people, conservatives, Christians, military members & veterans, police officers, gun owners, Republicans, etc.
They sincerely believe that deep down, illegals, rapists, robbers, rioters, murderers, terrorists, members of MS13, Taliban, ISIS and all the rest really have a “heart of gold.”
Which is believing if you smile warmly and reach out to pet a rattle snake, it will behave like a cuddly kitten. Oh! How cute! I hear it purring!

The death penalty should be mandatory for certain crimes and made nation wide with a time limit in which the execution should be carried out. Notice how all these people on death row for 30-40 years and all the witnesses have died are being let out of prison because they are suddenly found to have been unjustly found guilty. That BS media and a corrupt judicial system.
