January 1, WATCH: Gaetz Says McCarthy “Should Not Be the Leader”
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) slammed House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), saying he “should not be the leader of the Republican Conference.”
Gaetz’s comments came during an episode of Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast, recorded live from the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Saturday.
“If anyone posits to be the leader of our party and our movement, they cannot stand for the swamp, and the establishment, and the bureaucratic permanent state,” said the congressman.
“They have to stand with us in exposing these issues. And if Kevin McCarthy will not allow us to be able to find out the answers, he should not be the leader of the Republican conference.”
“What do you guys think about that?” Bannon asked the crowd, who responded with cheers.
Bannon posited that Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) should replace McCarthy as the GOP’s leader.
“Do we want Jim Jordan?” Bannon asked the crowd.
Gaetz and Bannon weren’t the only ones to speak out against McCarthy during CPAC.
“We will not tolerate another GOP speaker that works with Democrats more than Republicans,” said Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) during a speech on Saturday.

I agree with both! McCarthy like his brother, The Turtle from the Senate need to be removed from any authority of power over the other Republicans! Both of these clowns are RINOS! Both sell outs and undercover Democraps! Romney along with the other should not be reelected!

Marjorie Taylor Greene, aka MTG, or Matt Gaetz are the fire brand Republicans who would make the best replacement for the present limp-wristed Kevin McCarthy to become the Minority House leader. Jim Jordan, like McCarthy, just talk, talk, and talk some more … whereas either MTG or Gaetz would go all out for impeachments of the criminal Rino’s & Democrats … followed by criminal charges and long prison sentences for the socialist/commie bureaucrats & politicians.

I agree 100% that rhino McCarthy can not be speaker, But i do think Jim Jordan has the biggest spine, to do what needs to be done.If McCarthy isn’t replaced,I will not vote for them,and many others believe the same.Wise up. or this red wave could totally disolve,against these radical commies who are killing this country. Grow some republicans, or let these commies walk all over u, and take over our country, I don’t think so.

I agree but sadly will not happen until we get rid of those like McCarthy , McConnell , Collins , Merkoski , Romney and other RINOs. They are the cancer in the GOP. The RNC could also do well to upgrade leadership from Rona to someone with guts to do the necessary house cleaning.

McCarthy is a RINO. He and Ted Cruz, while condemning the Jan 6 demonstration, called the MAGA supporters terrorists.
