January 1, Corporate Giants Unite for Race-Based Career Fair: Are They Crossing the Line?

Corporate giants Target, US Bank, and Best Buy are joining forces with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm to hold a race-based career fair called the People of Color Career Fair. The event is scheduled for October in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with sponsorship from Delta Airlines, General Mills, the Minnesota Department of Education, and Minneapolis Public Schools.

US Bank’s Chief Diversity Officer Greg Cunningham said, “At US Bank, we’re clear about our DEI commitments and what we need to do to diversify our workforce even more.” The event, he added, helps the bank to “execute on various aspects of our DEI recruiting strategy.”

The organizing firm, the Rae Mackenzie Group, stresses the importance of racial diversity in the workforce. They assert, “A lack of diversity is fatal for your business,” and caution, “You simply cannot effectively lead your organization in the right direction if your organization lacks People of Color bringing their perspective and lens to your organization.”

Companies like US Bank and Best Buy have participated in DEI programs that allegedly discriminate against white people based on their race. Target has also faced criticism for its DEI agenda, most notably for its LGBT children’s clothing line and merchandise.

Discrimination against white and Asian people has become increasingly prevalent in corporate America under the guise of DEI. NASCAR faced legal challenges over a “diversity internship” that banned white applicants based on their race. Tech companies IBM and Oracle have hosted internship programs that excluded white and Asian applicants. Microsoft has been known to pay white employees less than others “for the same job title.”

Neither the corporations nor the Rae Mackenzie Group responded to requests for comment.

Good for them. Good for us that we know. Never do any business of any sort with them and do what is possible to avoid doing business with anyone who does business with the EVER. Sooner or later the BS will crumble. The economic punishment of them must NEVER stop. Just like all corporate scum and religious frauds, They will pretend to change to get business / extorted donations back. Once they do, they do you over twice as dirty the second time. The only answer is starve them out of existence.
