January 1, Terror Suspect Nabbed in NYC After Biden Admin Border Blunder
A shocking lapse in border security has come to light as a Senegalese terror suspect was arrested freely wandering the streets of Manhattan, following his unobstructed entry into the U.S. by Biden administration officials at the southern border.
The unnamed 29-year-old man from Africa was detained by ICE on October 17 outside the Jacob K. Javitts office building in Lower Manhattan, a facility housing the Federal Plaza immigration court.
This arrest occurred after weeks of the man’s unhindered presence in New York City, despite his home country wanting him for involvement in terrorism, creating public danger, and inciting violence among armed crowds.
Bypassing standard border protocols, the suspect had entered the U.S. through Mexico near Lukeville, Arizona. Border Patrol agents, instead of detaining him for his Senegalese activities, allowed him passage into the country with the mere condition that he show up for a court appearance in NYC.
Within a week, Homeland Security Investigation officers alerted New York’s ERO agents to the man’s dangerous background.
This case underscores a systemic issue highlighted by journalist Bill Melugin, where international criminals and terror suspects can evade detection due to initial clean checks, only to be identified later when additional intelligence is added to shared databases.
Kenneth Genalo, ERO New York City Field Office Director, issued a stern reminder of the threats posed by such oversights: “Noncitizens who are engaged in or suspected of supporting terrorism are a direct threat to our country’s national security and will be expeditiously removed from the United States,” adding that his office is committed to safeguarding Americans from those “who erroneously believe they can exploit our immigration laws.”
This incident is part of a worrying trend under the current administration, where individuals with suspected ties to terrorism have exploited lenient border policies to enter the United States, raising grave concerns about national security.

Allowing Illegal Aliens free access to America by having an open border policy by the Biden administration clearly shows a lack of concern for the safety of Americans. I believe that this is an impeachable offense by our current President Joseph R. Biden. Congress should immediately begin proceedings to impeach and remove if possible this President from office. This is not the first time that a violent illegal alien has been apprehended in America, think about how many others are currently free roaming our streets.
Joe Biden does not care about the lives of Americans, only about enriching himself and his family (Ukraine and China pay to play, bribes, and kickback schemes where his multiple fake companies and corporations receive millions of dollars in bribes and kickbacks).

One terrorist caught, probably hundreds, maybe thousands more to go! Biden has done a great deal to harm and bankrupt this Nation. The dealings that family members have been involved with are security concerns for The United States, but having written that, he swore and took an oath to protect America, The Constitution and The People. By NOT KNOWING who has crossed Our Borders is a breach of “The Oath” he took to protect! An “IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE”! Far more serious and true without ambiguity. The House engaged in two impeachments by this length of time in office against President Trump over a phone call!
