A Pakistani national living here illegally was finally arrested after a horrific head-on collision that killed an American father. Federal agents nabbed the suspect in Virginia months after he allegedly drove a massive rig the wrong way on a Pennsylvania highway.
Dawood Hussain allegedly ignored multiple wrong-way signs before smashing into a vehicle driven by Hendry Tamarez Nunez.
The victim was a naturalized American citizen and a father of two whose death was entirely preventable.
The current administration is tightening rules to stop illegal migrants from obtaining commercial licenses and operating heavy machinery.
Federal officials confirmed that Hussain was operating an 80,000-pound tractor-trailer despite having no legal right to be in the country. The crash occurred in October 2023 when the big rig reached speeds of 44 mph while heading the wrong direction on I-83.

More vetting of those whose native language is NOT English is required. Those, like the person featured in this report, whose native language is not English should be excluded from not only driving these rigs, but not be hired by the companies that skirt the rules and the companies need to stand as defendants at the trial the same as the actual driver.

So what happened to the trucking company that hired him? Probably nothing. I completely agree with you. The company should face the same consequences as the criminal illegal alien invader.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe he had been here illegally for years but only a few months ago had murdered a naturalized citizen with a semi that he shouldn’t have been driving in the first place.
