January 1, Court Backs Trump Policy on Illegal Immigrant Detention

A federal appeals court ruled the government can keep illegal immigrants in detention without a bond hearing. This means authorities don’t have to let most illegal immigrants out while they wait for their case.
Attorney General Pam Bondi celebrated, calling it a big victory for American safety and law and order.
“The Fifth Circuit just held illegal aliens can rightfully be detained without bond — a significant blow against activist judges who have been undermining our efforts to make America safe again at every turn,”
She wrote.
The main judge said immigrants caught anywhere in the country can be held, no matter how long they’ve lived here.
Earlier practices sometimes allowed bond for those without criminal records.
“That prior Administrations decided to use less than their full enforcement authority under” the law “does not mean they lacked the authority to do more,”
The judge said.
One judge disagreed, saying many detained are family members of citizens, and lawmakers didn’t plan to jail so many people without bond.
This case stemmed from two men, both longtime U.S. residents, kept in jail for months without bond, even though they had clean records.

What’s legal about illegal? Clean records? They broke the law the minute the illegally entered our country so rhey have not been “clean.” Good decision by the Court. Follow the law!

I suggest that all of the foolish Democrat idiots do some research on the deportation of illegal aliens. Back in 1996, Bill Clinton signed into law, “The Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act”. Go read it. It allows for rapid deportation WITHOUT a judicial hearing! Educate yourselves instead of following the nasty Democrat politicians and the nasty news media that control everything you say and do!
