It is extremely important that the “Pass The Save American Act”
be passed. This should have already been passed.
It would be good if Congress would stay working instead of taking off work so many days. If they held down their jobs like most Americans have to do then maybe they could get something good for America done.
We are surrounded by Communists & socialists & Muslims that hate America, many which should not even be in this country ! Even the highest court (Supreme Court) doesn’t even stand up for what is right.
President Trump & those that are in elected office with him are working hard to make America safe, getting out people that have come into this country illegally & keeping Iran from getting a nuclear bomb.
We need to continue supporting our military & Israel.
Our secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, is doing a remarkable job.
I am so embarrassed to have Thomas Massie & Rinos like him & Mitch McConnell that were voted in by Ky. What a Joke !
We need more patriotic people that believe in the Constitution & freedom to be our representatives & senators.

Why would anyone, not be in favor, of honest voting? U need to show identification, for anything u do. So what is the big deal, about proving who u are, there is none. The only problem, is dummycraps love to cheat, without mail=in=ballots they would never win. This kind of voting was just for the elderly, invalids. crippled people. and those unable to get around. Not for people, who have no problem, doing there everyday things. After Trump, and Maga win the election, we will make real changes, where dummycraps, will never win again. In a fair election.

I talk to all kinds of people every day, dems and republicans both. Almost all of them approve of voter ID, this is our POS politicians fighting against the people, they know the majority of America wants secure elections but they refuse to do as we demand. Seems like they forgot who we the people are and who they work for.

PS – The court ruled there isn’t enough time before the midterms to clean up the voting roles. OK – Then it should be done prior to the 2028 election. AND they should start now so there will be no need to say ‘not enough time’.
This is getting ridiculous. Would hate to see it come to riots in the streets from American citizens who are feeling like they have no other choice. If the courts won’t stand up for us, then that is what could happen.

I know for a fact that my ballot was held up for over 2 weeks at the post office before it was sent to the ballot counting location. Shouldn’t be that way when you mail in a ballot the very next you receive it. I will be putting my ballot in a ballot box next time but ballot boxes are never secure enough and the last time I did that someone torched the ballot boss I used and the ballot counting place said they never received my ballot which meant my ballot got burned up. I want voting in person brought back to Washington state!!

I used to vote by absentee ballot in college. I had to write for the application in August or September. The application required a reason as to why I could not vote in person (in those days students were frequently not considered residents of the locality where they went to college) as part of an affadavit (which admittedly did not have to be notarized). Then I received the ballot which was double enveloped with the ballot having to be in the inner envelope. The inner envelope then had to be signed on the outside and my signature had to straddle the envelope flap to show that it was unopened. The whole process took months. When I became 18 for my first election I could not vote because Udall (1976) was taken off the ballot and New York State could not print new absentee ballots in time! I have read that prior to the Trump-Biden election a study showed that nationwide at least 300000 absentee ballots were disqualified during the average presidential election due to irregularities. Nevertheless this process does not verify identity (apart from the say so affadavit on the application) and does not prevent someone from requesting multiple ballots under phony names. I consider myself a progressive but I do not have a problem with showing ID in addition to a voter registration card to vote. I have to show ID as well as my health insurance card almost always when I go to the doctor’s office to prove that I am who I say I am to prevent health insurance fraud. Fair voting is even more important.
