January 1, MAGA Superstar Conquers Internet While Deep State PANICS

Wyatt’s Take

  • Florida conservative proves you can govern and win the culture war at the same time — something RINOs never figured out
  • He’s doing the jobs career bureaucrats refuse to do, and leftist media can’t handle watching a Trump ally succeed
  • While the establishment clutches pearls over ‘mean tweets,’ this guy’s showing America what bold, unapologetic leadership looks like

A top Trump Cabinet official has turned himself into an internet sensation — and he’s doing it while making Washington elites look like the clowns they are.

The secretary of state has conquered social media not by embarrassing himself, but by leaning into the joke. When memes started flying about him juggling multiple high-level government positions, he didn’t hide — he amplified it.

He’s been seen as acting national security adviser, temporary head of USAID, and even unofficial point man on Venezuela. The internet responded with fake photos showing him as a football coach, astronaut, Viking, Canadian mountie, and grease-covered plumber.

His response? He shared them himself.

The peak moment came when he filled in for press secretary Karoline Leavitt after she had a baby. Instead of reading from prepared notes like some swamp creature, he turned the briefing into comedy gold.

“I’m color blind… This is chaos, guys… There’s no way I can figure out who to call on,” he joked while pointing to reporters.

He pretended he had a chart with red X’s next to certain reporters’ names, then immediately admitted he made it up. One question he answered entirely in Spanish — a reminder that he’d be America’s first Latino president if he ever makes that run.

Online clips of his wittiest moments have been edited together so expertly they feel like a Netflix special. Even establishment media outlets that usually trash conservatives have been forced to admit he’s “hilarious” and “delightful.”

But don’t mistake the humor for weakness. When asked about American military action against Iranian ships, he didn’t flinch.

“These guys shut down the Strait of Hormuz… The only people who are allowed to go through there without paying 100% are the Iranians,” he said.

“You know what is an act of war? Putting mines in the water… This is crazy stuff, but this is what they’ve done.”

President Trump backed him up yesterday, saying the Iranian ceasefire “is on life support.”

“Are they stupid people? They didn’t want to believe it. They think that, well, I’ll get tired of this or I’ll get bored, or I’ll have some pressure. But there’s no pressure. There’s no pressure at all.”

The former Florida senator knows how to work a crowd. He’s been bitten by the presidential bug — anyone who’s run for the White House has.

Right now, Vice President JD Vance is the obvious 2028 front-runner. The secretary has said he won’t run if Vance does, and they maintain a friendly relationship.

But Trump himself has floated the idea of putting the Florida conservative on a ticket. And there’s clearly momentum building.

At a recent family wedding, he was spotted behind the DJ booth spinning tracks while guests danced. When a reporter asked about his DJ name, he flashed a big grin.

“You’re not ready for my DJ name.”

That’s the kind of confidence America needs more of. Not the polished, focus-grouped phoniness we’ve gotten from career politicians for decades.

Just a guy who knows how to do the job, isn’t afraid to laugh at himself, and makes the Washington establishment look foolish in the process.

Wyatt Matters

Working Americans are exhausted by politicians who take themselves too seriously while accomplishing nothing. Here’s a guy showing you can be effective and human at the same time — something the consultant class will never understand. Whether it’s border security, standing up to Iran, or just being real with reporters, this is what genuine leadership looks like. And the fact that it drives the swamp insane? That’s just a bonus.

It would have been nice to know who they’re talking about. In my opinion, it’s Marco Rubio. I’m more and more impressed everytime he opens his mouth. He’s very articulate and just always says the right thing for the moment.

We have far too many Rinos that spend most of their feckless time trying to appease the democrats because they are afraid of them for nothing. Total cowards.

He is the only Hispanic that is in the cabinet I think and he is the one that has filled the many positions mentioned. Secretary of State Rubio.

JD Vance is most certainly NOT the front runner for the next President! His ties to Tucker Carlson have never been denied or broken. This makes him utterly unelectable. Marco Rubio, in my opinion, IS the front runner – and may he continue to be so – and win!

I liked “Little Marco” back during the primaries. He has not disappointed.

Apparently a few of the people commenting here haven’t been paying attention for the last two years, and have no idea who this article is about. That’s absolutely amazing. And apparently, reading comprehension is not their strong suit either, since the second sentence mentions “Secretary of State”. Granny is guessing it’s Marco Rubio…you think?

I like this guy. I REALLY like this guy. JD is supposedly the heir-apparent to the Trump throne, but Rubio would be marvelous, too. God, after so many years in the Bush/Obama/Alleged-president Biden wilderness … seeing this kind of depth in the Republican bench is so good. Meanwhile, the only sane Democrat seems to be the one with brain damage – John Fetterman. The rest of them should be committed to the loony bin.
