January 1, Mystery Surrounds Biden’s Autopen Signatures on Pardons

There’s some buzzing news about former President Joe Biden and his use of a thing called an autopen to sign important documents. Now, this is raising eyebrows because folks are wondering who really was in charge during his time in office, especially since there are worries about Biden’s memory not being so sharp.
So, here’s what happened: while Biden was vacationing in the sunny U.S. Virgin Islands back around December 2022, he pardoned six criminals with the “exact same” autopen signature. This is according to the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, which is kind of like a watchdog group keeping an eye on things.
But wait, there’s more. Around that time, a big spending bill was also sent to him in the Virgin Islands to be signed, but the pardons looked like they were signed by an autopen and not by Biden himself. The watchdog said, “Whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency.” Now that’s something to think about.
Interestingly, some documents like Hunter Biden’s pardon and another one where Biden stepped out of the presidential race were signed by hand, which is important because it means he was involved there.
But a bunch of other controversial pardons, like for Dr. Anthony Fauci and General Mark Milley, and even members of Biden’s family, all had that same autopen mark. That’s what Kyle Brosnan from the Oversight Project shared with The Daily Wire. He says using an autopen to sign these pardons is “troubling” since the president’s signature means it should be done by the president only.
Remember, Special Counsel Robert Hur had mentioned last year how Biden was an “elderly man with a poor memory.” Ergo, it’s important to know if Joe was making these decisions or if it was his staff pulling the strings.
Brosnan believes the Justice Department should dig into how the White House handled the autopen—like who got to use it and how it was decided what to sign.
He also mentioned how back in 2020, some rulings on immigration were questioned because of issues with signatures. So, we need to get to the bottom of who was really calling the shots these last four years!
Wyatt Matters!
There have been some big questions about President Biden and the use of an autopen to sign important documents. People are curious about who was actually in charge when these decisions were made, especially since some think that President Biden might not always remember things clearly. When he was on vacation in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he signed a bunch of pardons using an autopen. This has made people wonder if it was really him making those choices or someone else.
The idea that “whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency” is quite intriguing. It’s important for us to know whether President Biden was truly involved in these decisions or if others were making them for him. Some documents, like those involving Hunter Biden, were signed by hand, showing his involvement. But for others, like controversial pardons for Dr. Fauci and General Milley, the autopen was used, raising eyebrows about what really happened.
This is why it’s crucial for the Justice Department to look into how the autopen was used. We need to understand who had control over it and what decisions were influenced by it. It’s vital that we get answers and make sure that the right processes are followed in our government. Knowing who was genuinely making decisions is important for trust in leadership and the future of our country.

No one trusted biden on anything. Those “no ones” consist of those who didn’t trust him and could nothing about it, and those who didn’t care.

There’s more in D.C. that wished they had pardons. There’s too many in D.C. that are “self-serving” politicians than those elected to help America and it’s People!

It might seem “historical” use of the Autopen might need to be looked at.
Personally, especially in this case with he, it is troubling as we all know he
did not have the mental clarity and acuity to be in charge. Autopen use when he was in office is very subject!
Legally? A question for the DOJ.

I’m thinking, if something called an ‘autopen’ was used in place of an actual Presidential signature, all documents so signed are not legal. How about that as an issue. If a pardon was signed by autopen, it was NOT signed by the President, who has sole Constitutional authority to sign pardons — it is not a legal pardon. Why would Biden have actually signed Hunter’s pardon?

I would think whoever did this is committing a Federal Crime and requires criminal justice.
