January 1, Liberal Media’s Hypocrisy Shines Through Family Advice Debate

Wyatt’s Take

  • Point 1: Conservative speaker Isabel Brown encouraged young people to find the courage to marry and start families.
  • Point 2: Sunny Hostin of The View labeled that advice reckless because of childcare costs.
  • Point 3: The show later praised a high-ranking Democrat for stressing the same family values.

The elite media loves to lecture you about how you can’t afford to have a family. They call it reckless to encourage marriage and children while the economy is struggling under their preferred leadership.

Sunny Hostin claimed it is irresponsible to suggest Americans have children during an affordability crisis.

“I really think it’s reckless to be suggesting that people should have children when you now know that in this country there’s this affordability crisis,” Hostin said.

The hosts portrayed the pro-family message as an attack on autonomy that ignores economic realities. Yet they gave a warm reception to former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel when he prioritized family bonds.

Emanuel shared how his family values dinners and being present for one another. The audience cheered for the Democrat official while the hosts nodded along in total agreement.

The hypocrisy shows that the left only hates family values when they come from a conservative perspective. They want you focused on your bank account instead of building a legacy for the next generation.

The nuclear family is the bedrock of our great nation. We should be fixing the economy so families can thrive rather than telling women to avoid motherhood.

Strong families are the heart of Middle America. When elites discourage the next generation from having kids, they are attacking the very foundation of our community and our future.
