January 1, Florida sues Biden over vaccine mandate
On Thursday, the state of Florida sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its coronavirus vaccine mandate for federal contractors, adding fuel to the fire that is the feud between Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and the White House.
According to DeSantis, the lawsuit argues that Biden doesn’t have the authority to issue such a mandate, and it violates procurement law.
Previously, DeSantis has made it known that he intended to take legal action over federal vaccine requirements.
The vaccine mandate for federal contractors is set to take effect in December. Additionally, Biden has also announced that private employers with 100 or more workers will have to require them to be vaccinated or tested weekly.
The President maintains that the mandates will help end the coronavirus pandemic, but he’s faced nationwide opposition. On Wednesday, 21 Republican state attorneys general sent a letter to Biden saying his mandate for federal contractors “stands on shaky legal ground.”

The White House issued an unconstitutional mandate to the country. Mandates are not legal laws passed through congress. We still have a federal HIPPA law that they seem to forget. Freedom of choice to take an experimental vaccine is a persons choice not the government. This administration has been overstepping its boundaries sticking itself into state laws and the protections they instituted for their citizens. Florida is correct, and the entire country should follow suit. It’s time Joe Biden reread the Constitution and reflect on how he’s not upheld his oath of office since Inauguration Day.

Congress is not mandated to be vaccinated against Covid 19 and per Pelosi…it’s against the law to ask them if they are or are not vaccinated. Such a double standard. If it is for the good of the Nation, shouldn’t they be required as well? I don’t know how this country will survive another 3 years of this corrupt administration.
