January 1, Alito Says Courage From Justices Overturned Roe

Wyatt’s Take
- Justice Alito says overturning Roe took real backbone from the Court.
- Left-wing threats and harassment now target judges who follow the Constitution.
- Middle America sees the rule of law slipping when mobs try to scare the bench.
Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito highlighted the threat political violence poses to the judiciary in a recent interview.
“The physical threats and the harassment represents something new in our society and something that is quite disturbing … And I think it’s a danger to the courts, and I think it’s a danger to others …
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said the 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which overturned Roe v. Wade, required “courage” from all of the justices in the majority.

Alito said the Dobbs decision that ended Roe demanded courage from the justices because radical activists were ready to strike back.
He pointed out that judges who stick to the law now face real danger from the same forces that pushed for unlimited abortion on demand.
Alito warned that this kind of pressure on the bench threatens the independence of every court in America.
The justice added that the attacks are not just aimed at conservative judges but at the whole idea that the Constitution should guide rulings instead of political pressure.
Wyatt Matters
Heartland families count on judges who follow the Constitution, not the latest protest chant. When threats replace debate, everyday folks lose faith that the law still protects them.

Overturning Roe was a big mistake. Now the states are making the rules and they are egregious. The schools have taught kids that if they don’t get their way, they should throw a tantrum and in some cases they pick up a gun and try to shoot someone. The democrats have fostered this mindset. They all want gun control, but it’s their side who misuse the guns to threaten and kill people. Responsible gun owners don’t pull that crap. It’s the adults acting like third graders because that’s what the school system has taught them. If they don’t get their way, throw a tantrum. That might be ok for a five year old, but for an older person it’s a danger to society. The democrats have really screwed up this country! People are too stupid to see it and they will have to live with the consequences. People think things are hard now, just wait and see how all the sheeple react if the communist democrats take over.
