January 1, Senator’s Speech Challenges Critics of Israel’s Aid

Published

on

Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, a big leader among Republicans, delivered an important speech in the U.S. Senate. He talked about how some folks criticize Israel and end up siding with Hamas, a terrorist group. He said Hamas is spreading lies, trying to make people think Israel is starving people in Gaza.

Look, here are the facts. Israel has sent a ton of help into Gaza—lots of food, medicine, and supplies. But Hamas isn’t giving it to the people. They’re using all that help to control things and keep power over the people in Gaza. It’s not Israel’s fault that children are hungry; it’s because of Hamas.

Senator Cotton showed pictures of food and supplies just sitting under the sun instead of being given out to the people who need it. Hamas keeps stealing these supplies to make money and fund their evil plans.

Hamas even demanded in peace talks that a new charity trying to help be shut down. They just want to keep stealing aid and hurting their own people while attacking Israel and the rest of the world.

Just to make things clear, giving in to Hamas’ demands won’t help. The real way to make things better in Gaza is for Hamas to surrender and free the people they’ve taken hostage. President Trump said it best, and we should support that strong statement.

Israel is doing a lot more than most countries would in a war. They’re helping even when they’re under attack. So, the big question is: Whose side are you on? If you care about those kids in Gaza, the right thing to do is stand with Israel, and that’s what any decent person should do.

Wyatt Matters!

When we hear about what’s happening in Gaza, it’s important to remember what’s really going on. Some people think Israel is the bad guy, but that’s not true. Israel is sending lots of food, medicine, and supplies to help the people in Gaza. The real problem is Hamas. They take all the supplies and keep them from the people who really need them. They want to stay in power and use the supplies to do bad things.

Senator Cotton showed us pictures of food and supplies just sitting around, not reaching the people. This is because Hamas takes everything for themselves. They even try to stop charities from helping the people. Instead of using the aid to help families and kids, Hamas keeps it for their own selfish reasons. It’s not fair, and it’s not right.

We need to ask ourselves whose side we’re on. If we care about kids and families in Gaza, we should support Israel. Israel is trying to help, even when they get attacked. The true way to make life better in Gaza is for Hamas to let go of their control and free the people. It’s the right thing to do if we really want to see a change and help those who are suffering.

Agree, why are so many people so naive? How can they believe the same group (Hamas) that murder indiscriminately and promise to wipe the Jews off the face of the earth. They also hate America and the west. They harm their own, use them as human shields and starve them to make it look like Israel is doing it!

It would be really great if people would just take a few deep breaths and then attempt to calmly talk about the future they want for their families and friends. I don’t know what the problem is but everyone needs to grow up & remember what the final results could be if they continue to harm each others.

Until the likes of Hamas, Hezbollah and other radical middle east nations come to their senses, the rest of the world will continue on the dangerous path to total annihilation!, all because folks with a narrow mind and flinds cannot or will not admit that terrorism exists only to destroy everyone except themselves. Imagine a world where only terrorists exist? W O W!!!!

Thank you – well said…many commentators seem to respond more with emotion than with consideration/thoughtfulness i.e.,”responding from the hip” or “speaking before/without thinking”…
      .
I myself am not perfect and at times make mistakes in my responses/reactions…I tend to be contemplative – which I believe may help in how and when I express myself…sometimes I may write a response to an article, but wait some time before actually posting it – just in case I find aspects of my response to be incorrect/inappropriate…

I take my responses/commentary very seriously…I desire to speak/write the truth in a spirit of love – and I would never want to steer someone down a wrong path (by what I speak/write/do…
