January 1, Bondi Says Judicial Lawfare, Not Trump Exec Actions, Is the Real ‘Constitutional Crisis’

Hey there, folks. Let’s talk about something important that’s happening with President Trump. On Sunday, Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke out about what some people are calling a “constitutional crisis.” They’re saying President Trump’s executive actions are causing issues. But guess what? Bondi says the real problem is all the lawsuits being thrown at him left and right.
She was talking on Fox News with Shannon Bream, and Bondi made it clear: “The president is following the law.” She explained that since Trump got back into office, over 170 lawsuits have been filed against him. That’s a lot! She believes that’s the real crisis, with judges trying to limit the President’s power.
These lawsuits are everywhere, trying to stop Trump from doing what he needs to do with our tax money. Bondi says it’s like a game of “whack-a-mole” with judges trying to block what the President wants to do for the country.
She also talked about Trump winning the 2024 election and how he’s working hard to keep his promises. He’s acting fast, and she says no one can keep up with him!
They just got a big win from the Supreme Court! By a 5-4 vote, they let President Trump cut $65 million from some teacher training programs that were linked to ideas like diversity and inclusion. Bondi says they’ll keep fighting these battles and hope for more wins.
They did have a setback, though. The courts didn’t agree with Trump on how foreign aid money should be used, and some other issues too, like student loans. But Bondi’s hopeful and says they’ll keep pushing through the courts.
One tricky part is with the Department of Defense. President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth think military readiness is super important. They had a win in one court about it but lost in another right after. Bondi says they’re going to keep trying to win these cases up to the Supreme Court.
It’s a lot of work, but Bondi is ready to keep fighting for President Trump’s plans.
Wyatt Matters!
It’s tough when a leader is trying to keep promises but keeps getting blocked by lawsuits. Some say these actions are causing a “constitutional crisis,” but the real issue seems to be all the court challenges. With more than 170 lawsuits aimed at stopping important actions, it looks like a never-ending game of trying to knock down what’s being built. These legal battles make it difficult for the government to move forward with the plans that were promised during the election.
When courts step in to stop decisions, especially those involving our tax money, it can feel frustrating. There have been some big wins, like when the Supreme Court sided with the decision to cut funds from certain programs. This helps show that the plans align with the law, even if not everyone agrees with them. These wins are important steps in making sure that plans and changes can be implemented. But setbacks, like disagreements over foreign aid and student loans, show that the road is bumpy, and the work is far from over.
It’s particularly challenging when it comes to decisions about things like military readiness, where different court decisions can create a lot of uncertainty. It shows that the path is complicated and full of twists and turns. But just like Pam Bondi said, there’s hope and determination to keep going. The goal is to persist through the challenges and make progress, even if it means taking the fight all the way to the Supreme Court. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s all about trying to do what’s best for the country and sticking to important plans.

Facts be told. District Court judges are abusing their authority. Giving orders outside of their districts. Which is illegal.when one reads article 3 of the Constitution. The Supreme Court is the only court mention in article 3. Not the district courts. Congress has the power, and has passed an act questioning their behaviors.
