“Nobody is stepping up to run against the mayor who’s responsible for this disaster and so many other disasters.”

Pratt said he does not want a fancy new utopia for the city.

He said he wants Los Angeles back the way it used to be before crime and homelessness took over.

“I don’t have a new utopia of what LA should be. I want LA back. I want the LA I grew up in.”

Rogan, who now lives in Texas, said he would vote for Pratt if he still lived in California.
