Kid Rock: ‘F–k Fauci’
Kid Rock had a four-letter response when asked on Tucker Carlson’s show about his opinion on Anthony Fauci.
“What’s your view of Fauci?” Carlson asked the musician in a sit-down interview.
“F–k Fauci,” Kid Rock responded with a laugh.
“You speak for many when you say that,” Carlson said.
The Fox News host asked Kid Rock, real name Robert James Ritchie, if he believed Fauci’s guidance at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I believed all the bulls–t at the beginning,” Kid Rock said, adding that he sanitized things like UPS packages and doorknobs.
“A couple moths of that shit and I’m like, ‘What? So this is pretty much knocking out overweight, unhealthy people?'” he said. “I’m like, ‘I’m good.'”
In another clip from the interview, which aired Monday on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Kid Rock said he’s “uncancellable.”
“I don’t give a f–k,” the 51-year-old said.
“I’m not in bed with any big corporate things. At the end of the day, there’s nobody I’m beholden to. No record companies, no corporate interests, no nothing. You can’t cancel me,” Kid Rock said. “I love it when they try.”
Kid Rock also praised former President Donald Trump.
“You can see now, if you watch a Joe Biden interview, and you watch a Trump interview, there’s no comparison. And Trump speaks off the cuff. I understand what it’s like, sometimes you get it wrong. But I would way rather hear somebody come from here [the heart] and get it wrong once in a while,” he said.
