A coalition of 12 states, led by California’s far-left Attorney General Rob Bonta, is launching a legal assault on a massive $110 billion merger in the entertainment industry. The target? The approved deal between Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Skydance.
Here’s the kicker: the Trump administration already gave this merger the green light. But that’s not stopping Bonta and his fellow Democrat attorneys general from trying to block it anyway.
This is what happens when state-level Democrats think they know better than federal regulators. Instead of letting the market work and allowing businesses to make decisions that create jobs and value, these activist AGs are weaponizing their offices to interfere.
The merger would create one of the largest entertainment conglomerates in America, bringing together major film studios, streaming platforms, and content libraries. For consumers, that could mean better pricing and more content options. But for control-obsessed progressives like Bonta, it’s another chance to flex government muscle.
California has become ground zero for anti-business lawsuits. From energy companies to tech giants to now entertainment mergers, Bonta and his allies are making it clear: if you want to do business in America, you better bend the knee to the left’s agenda.
The fact that this coalition is directly challenging a Trump administration approval shows just how little respect these blue-state officials have for federal authority — unless, of course, it’s a Democrat in the White House pushing their agenda.
Working Americans should be asking: who benefits from blocking this deal? Not consumers. Not workers. Just lawyers and politicians who want to control every aspect of the economy.

It’s time to remove the democrats party from our government and start a completely new party that represents the American people and not illegals.
We the American people are the ones who are paying democrats their outrageous salaries and the don’t respect or represent the true American citizens. They all must be removed from our government and complete power. They destroyed this country enough already and everyday keep destroying more of it and the true American citizen. Remember they are the ones that allowed 20-30 Million illegals invade our country and neighborhoods and lied to the American people for 4 years saying the border is secure. Trillions and Trillions of taxpayers money wasted on the New Green Deal and have absolutely nothing to show for it. They are using our taxpayers money to pay for illegals housing food education healthcare cars social security they never paid a cent into pre paid monthly credit cards monthly with thousands of taxpayers dollars on them. Allowing foreigners to vote in our elections want to change our English language to foreign speaking languages. Is this what you want our country to become a third world country because it’s happening everyday from the democrats party. And they are trying to blame Trump on everything they are doing. Name one thing the democrats part as done for this country or yourself except steal money from all of us. Keep voting for asshole democrats and we won’t have a country of freedom and unity anymore. They already destroyed our own kids and brainwashed them wake up before it’s to late and you lose everything.
