Former Vice President Joe Biden is acknowledging his past behavior with women has made some people uncomfortable following complaints over the past week that he touched some without their consent.

In a video posted Wednesday on Twitter, Biden says, “Social norms have begun to change, they’ve shifted. And the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset.”

Biden also said, “I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future.”

Britney Spears has checked into a psychiatric facility after suffering from emotional distress, a source confirms to Variety.

The 37 year-old singer was admitted over a week ago, as first reported by TMZ, and is expected to remain in treatment for 30 days.

Spears has been troubled the past year by her father’s health crisis. Jamie Spears recently underwent a second surgery to fix a ruptured colon.
