January 1, Leftists Deliver Perilous Message to Americans with Crushing New Bill
Leftists in America are once again pushing for stricter gun control measures, sending a dangerous message to law-abiding citizens.
Democrats have long sought to undermine the Second Amendment and disarm Americans, but their efforts have been met with resistance from conservative courts.
Frustrated by their lack of progress on the federal level, some Democrats are now targeting gun rights even more aggressively in the states they control.
The latest example comes from Massachusetts, a heavily blue state, where the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives passed a bill that severely restricts gun ownership.
The bill, known as H-4135, bans guns from various public spaces, cracks down on “ghost guns,” and expands the existing ban on so-called “assault weapons.”
This massive gun control rollout makes it harder for law-abiding citizens to protect themselves at a time when crime rates are skyrocketing.
Critics argue that this bill is a blatant violation of the Constitution, but leftists seem unconcerned. Many believe that Massachusetts Democrats are enacting these strict measures as a response to recent Supreme Court rulings that have defended the Second Amendment.
Jim Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners’ Action League, called it a “tantrum” and pointed out that the legislation does nothing to target criminals.
The NRA Institute for Legislative Action also condemned the bill, stating that it “re-writes gun laws in the Commonwealth and imposes unprecedented gun control.”
The institute highlighted several ways in which the legislation infringes on Americans’ constitutional rights, including the elimination of due process through expanded “red flag” laws, the expansion of gun registry programs, and the imposition of financial burdens that make gun ownership unaffordable for many.
Unfortunately, this radical bill is likely to become law in Massachusetts, further adding to the already strict gun laws in the state. Massachusetts currently has one of the lowest rates of legal firearm ownership in the country.
However, the real danger lies in the possibility that Democrats could push for similar anti-gun measures nationwide. If they regain control of the House, Senate, and Presidency in the future, they could potentially strip law-abiding citizens of their guns on a federal level.
This is a concerning prospect that Americans must be aware of as they consider their voting choices in upcoming elections.
Why It Matters
Leftists in Massachusetts are once again demonstrating their disdain for the Constitution and law-abiding citizens with their latest gun control bill. H-4135 not only restricts gun ownership in public spaces but also targets so-called “assault weapons” and “ghost guns.”
These measures do nothing to address the root causes of crime but instead punish law-abiding citizens who simply want to protect themselves and their families.

Charge every judge that upholds such state laws with violation of the Constitution. Specifically Article VI, second paragraph, which is: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

For the tiny island of the England and they gave up their guns so now they have 43,700 knife attacks a year. If someone want to hurt some one anything can be a weapon of death or life changing injury. Why is it that you think you are GOD and can make the decision of who can defend them selves and who can’t. Our do nothing Senators and Repersentives needed thousands of men WITH GUNS to protect them, but you say that the people who built this country can be killed and do not need protection, if you call the Police it takes 20 mins it only takes a few seconds to kill someone. What makes a gun not an “Assault Weapon” describe one?
Where is the line crossed, between Assault and non-Assault?
Just what is “Sensible Gun Control”?
Do you mean to say that all those many thousands of current “Gun Control Laws” were not sensible?
What is a “common-sense gun law”?
EXACTLY what are “Common-sense Gun Laws and Meaningful Gun Regulations”? Do you mean that all the many thousands of “Gun Laws” that were passed in this country were not common-sense, or meaningful?
When and how will “Sensible” be achieved, how will we know it?
How will we be able to know when “Common-sense Gun Laws and Meaningful Gun Regulations” are achieved, and enough Gun Legislation has been passed?
How do you keep guns out of the hands of CRIMINALS?
Leftist’s definition of “Sensible Gun Control”: The theory that people who are willing to ignore all the laws against rape, torture, kidnapping, theft, and murder will MAGICALLY obey a law that prohibits them from going into “Gun Free Zones” or owning a firearm.
