- Meanwhile, conservative lawyers face disbarment and criminal scrutiny for advising the Trump campaign on election issues.
John Eastman has been indicted and recommended for disbarment after exploring legal options tied to the 2020 election certification.
The judge who recommended that punishment has also donated to campaigns opposing Republicans.
That double standard sends a chilling message to every attorney in America.
When legal representation depends on your politics, the rule of law is in serious trouble.
