January 1, NYPD Targets Trump’s Concealed Carry, Felony Convictions Spur Action

Published

on

The NYPD plans to revoke Donald Trump’s concealed carry permit following the former president’s multiple felony convictions last week. Reports indicate that the permit had already been suspended since April 1, 2023, after Trump’s indictment on various charges.

Now, the NYPD intends to take further action by revoking the permit entirely. It has been noted that “Under federal law and state law in New York and Florida, people with felony convictions are barred from possessing a firearm.”

An investigation into the matter is currently being conducted by the NYPD. Trump’s permit is expected to be revoked once the investigation concludes. However, Trump “has the right to file a challenge to the move.”

Trump is permitted to carry three specific handguns. Two of these were surrendered to the NYPD on March 31, 2023. The third handgun “was lawfully moved to Florida,” according to a senior law enforcement official.

Interestingly, despite Trump’s conviction on 34 felony counts last week, it has been reported that both his poll numbers and campaign contributions have increased since the convictions.

I guess I am from the old school. I have to think long and hard on this. I just can’t believe we could have a perso on trial and proven guilty honest enough to run our country how can he be trusted.

On the other hand we have a person that some say is having mind problems. Is there a true honest person in America to be chosen to be our president.

    Folks,
Our legal system is broken. e have become a Banna republic under Biden’s administration. This must be corrected ASAP. I do not care if you are an independent, Republican, Democrat, or what. Under Biden’s administration, the Justice system has failed us. Oue political leaders have failed us. Our schools are failing our students. Students spend more time taking test than they do on learning. These tests are approved by legislative members who could not pass the test. Teachers no longer wrote their own lesson plans, but merely play a power point presentation that was written and produced by a company. They ask question like what was the author thinking from a statement the author made in a speech text that had more than 25 paragraphs in it after he he was replaced of his position. When will this nonsense stop? Dan
