A gunman opened fire at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia Thursday morning.
Police responded fast and killed the shooter. Only two folks got hurt.
“I heard about a multitude of gunshots go off and people just screaming.”
“This is kind of like our new normal,” said James Gagliano.
“We deal with these.”
“Whether or not this was a mass shooting, whether or not this was a hate crime.”
“This could’ve been workplace violence.”
“It could’ve been a love triangle.”

Not absolutely sure but IIRC this article is a bit lacking – if this is the attack on the ROTC class there was a fatality – the lead instructor. And as per the feebie spokesperson the shooter was ‘rendered unalive’ by one of the ROTC students. Never mind that knives are ‘prohibited’ on that campus.
And to the comment by JRK – coppers DO carry knives, there are a multitude of routine uses for them. Taking out a bad guy isn’t normally one of them, sidearms or long guns tend to be more effective for that task.
