  • Vance leads a diplomatic team to Islamabad this Saturday for mediated talks with Iran.
  • The administration demands the immediate and unconditional reopening of the Strait.
  • Trump dismissed false media reports claiming the U.S. accepted a weak Iranian proposal.

President Trump is proving once again that he values American lives and stability over endless foreign entanglements. By sending Vice President JD Vance to Pakistan, the administration is taking a firm stand to end weeks of conflict and reopen vital trade routes.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed the high-stakes meeting will take place in Pakistan’s capital.

This marks the first face-to-face negotiation since the regional conflict erupted in late February.

Trump addressed security concerns regarding the Vice President during a recent call with reporters.

He expressed confidence in the protective measures being taken for the delegation.

“With respect to the safety of the vice president, we fully trust the United States Secret Service to do their job to keep the vice president and the president’s negotiating team safe,” Leavitt said.

The administration threw cold water on claims that they were folding to Iranian demands.

Leavitt clarified that an initial ten-point plan from Tehran was fundamentally unserious and rejected immediately.

“It was literally thrown in the garbage by President Trump and his negotiating team,” Leavitt explained.

The Press Secretary noted that the Iranian regime only began acting reasonably after being decimated by American pressure.

The U.S. is now working from a modified plan that aligns with Trump’s own fifteen-point proposal.
