In Del Rio, Texas, the number of migrants waiting under the International Bridge doubled to over 8,000 in a single day. Border Patrol is overwhelmed by the “out of control” situation, sources confirm.

Video footage shows the staggering number of people waiting under the bridge. On Wednesday, the number totaled around 4,000, but it spiked to over 8,200 by Thursday morning.

According to law enforcement, the majority of the migrants are Haitian, and more are arriving by the minute.

The situation marks the latest in a series of border pandemonium during the Biden administration. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said over 208,000 migrant encounters occurred in August, marking a 317% increase from August 2020.

The White House previously assigned blame to the Trump administration for limiting legal pathways to asylum. Meanwhile, the GOP blames the Biden administration’s rollback of Trump-era immigration policies.
