January 1, Arizona Election Integrity Battle: America First Legal Sues Over Alleged Voter Roll Errors

Published

on

In a significant move to protect election integrity, America First Legal has taken legal action against Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes for allegedly withholding crucial voter information. The organization filed a lawsuit demanding that Fontes release the names of over 200,000 registered voters who have not reportedly provided proof of citizenship—a fundamental requirement to ensure lawful participation in elections.

This lawsuit emerges at a critical time, as Election Day draws near with former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris locked in a tight race in Arizona. According to America First Legal president Stephen Miller, “We must combat illegal alien voting, the most severe form of foreign election interference. Arizona has a duty to its citizens to ensure only eligible voters participate in our democracy.”

The controversy began when Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer uncovered a significant error in the voter roll system. It incorrectly indicated that over 97,000 registered voters had submitted documentary proof of citizenship, which they had not. In response, Richer took decisive action by filing an Emergency Petition in the Arizona Supreme Court, aiming to prevent those ineligible from casting ballots in local and state elections.

In a startling admission, Fontes revealed that another oversight could potentially affect approximately 120,000 Arizonans due to a data coding issue within the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicle Division and the state registration databases. This revelation brings the total of potentially unauthorized voters to around 218,000—a stunning figure given that the 2020 presidential election in Arizona was decided by a margin of fewer than 11,000 votes.

Despite America First Legal demanding transparency through a public records request, Fontes has continuously refused to release the information, citing potential harassment and administrative burdens. James Rogers, senior counsel for America First Legal, criticized Fontes for his lack of accountability, stating, “From 2016 onward, every general election in Arizona has faced major administrative failings. It’s time for Secretary Fontes to uphold his responsibilities and comply with the law.”

Representing the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, also known as “EZAZ.org,” America First Legal’s lawsuit underscores their commitment to securing the electoral process and ensuring that only eligible voters can decide the nation’s future. As this legal battle unfolds, it becomes ever more crucial to remain vigilant and safeguard the sanctity of American elections.

The communist party, formerly known as the party of the jackass will do whatever it takes to maintain control of this country.. We’ve already had one president with a (questionable) US birth certificate that was not raised in the country nor as an American citizen.. We now have a woman that also holds a US birth certificate yet was not raised in this country as an American. Both of these people are lacking in the Black American experience, both constantly claim a connection to the US Black community they never lived in.. When you look at the current administration leadership (Mayorkas or Jean-Perrie) you find several leaders driving the direction of the country that do not have US birth certificates, they don’t own the American experience.. They may, or not, even be US citizens.. This is not Russian or Iranian interference yet there is foreign interference in this election.. There is no “mis, dis or mal” information.. there is only information use your own brain to find your own opinion, not the media dog whistling..

This lawsuit is pure bullshit and you all know it. Illegal aliens don’t vote and you know it. You just want Democrats purged so Republicans can cheat like they tried to do in 2020 and 2022.

I hope I am wrong, but I believe the importation of the millions of illegals was to get them illegally registered to vote for the Democratic ticket. There would not be enough time to correct this before certification would be required. If this is true, then America is being destroyed from within.
