President Donald Trump’s emergency declaration to build a border wall will be struck down by the Supreme Court, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., is predicting.

In an opinion piece for Fox News posted Sunday night, Paul – a frequent Trump ally who broke away to oppose the emergency declaration — warned it might be Trump’s own nominees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, who will “rebuke him on this.”

“Without question, the president’s order for more wall money contradicts the will of Congress and will, in all likelihood, be struck down by the Supreme Court,” Paul wrote.

A lottery commission statement said the person submitting the claim for what was the second-largest lottery in U.S. history has chosen the cash option, a one-time payment of nearly $878,000,000. That’s the largest jackpot payout to a single winner in United States history, it said.”We are delighted that the winner is a South Carolinian and has come forward to claim this remarkable prize,” said Hogan Brown, the Commission’s Executive Director.
