January 1, Pro-Choice Advocates Face Federal Limit Push

June 25, 1950, marks a critical juncture in world history as the beginning of… READ MORE ABOUT THIS HISTORIC DAY HERE

As we honor the anniversary of the historic Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade, it’s time to turn our gaze to the imminent battle for unborn lives. House Republican Conference Chairwoman, Elise Stefanik, revealed the party’s intent to place a federal limit on abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

In an era of expanding rights and personal freedoms, it’s no small wonder that this proposition is ruffling feathers across the nation. However, Stefanik’s stance seems clear: “The right to life is fundamental to human rights and the American dream,” as reported by the Washington Examiner. Is it not our duty, then, to protect those who are unable to protect themselves?

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, previously a bastion for abortion rights, has already given rise to laws in twenty-five states that protect unborn lives through parental consent laws, limits on late-term abortion, and informed consent provisions. But with the new proposed 15-week limit, we must tread carefully in the balance between human rights and personal liberties.

While the limit does consider exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother, critics argue it infringes on the rights of women. So, who should have the final say? The courts, or the people directly affected?

The ball, as Stefanik suggests, lies in the people’s court. “The people are the most important voices” on the topic of abortion, she said. By placing this decision back in the hands of the elected legislators, we are allowing the public to decide on their laws, which indeed “restores the correct interpretation of our Constitution.”

With several abortion-related bills already in the pipeline, including H. Res. 464 and H.R. 7, which propose the extension of the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause to unborn children and a permanent ban on federal taxpayer funding for abortion, respectively, the Republican party is steering the abortion debate towards an intensely contested domain.

The path to “a permanent solution” is lined with tough decisions, but Stefanik asserts that Republicans will “show strength” and get the job done. As the public, we need to ask ourselves – are we ready for this? Is the trade-off between personal liberties and the right to life one we are prepared to make? This is a question for every American. I’ve prayed on this, and I hope we all do as well.

Let’s follow the science on this question. Does any one dispute that NO changes happen between conception and birth that alter the facts of HUMANITY, and that anything which is growing, intaking nutrients, and expelling waste is by definition, ALIVE? So basically we have a LIVE HUMAN BEING here, no matter it’s stage of growth or inconvenience of location. Pregnancy is not a disease, so needs no “cure”. It is a temporary condition, and adoption is an option. Barring life of the mother, I see no reason to kill an innocent human in a country in which the right to life is a founding principle. Deliberate abortion is murder. At ANY stage.

I think EVERYBODY, on both sides of the issue, knows that those on the radical Left don’t care anything about the Creator God of the Constitution and of the Bible or His moral laws, nor do they care about verified scientific facts that refute their ideology. They are only interested in creating a fantasy world where people don’t talk about the sanctity of life or godly moral virtues, but do whatever they think is convenient for them. They embrace an ideology that everyone knows is anti-God, anti-Christian, anti-Conservative and anti-morality. This is exactly how Satan himself became the face of evil and he is anti-God in everything he does. He is described as a master liar, self-prideful, arrogant, and is utterly hateful of God and Christ and every human being that was ever created by The Almighty. Satan’s greatest goal is to make certain that every human being ends up in Eternal Hell with him and his demonic minions. Chaos is his best weapon against every ignorant human on Earth. Our Constitution was designed to keep our Government from becoming Satan’s tool against law-abiding citizens. Supporting uncontrolled abortion-on-demand is the Devil’s greatest wish for Americans. He knows God hates it and will ultimately destroy any nation that sacrifices its children on the altar of death. America has been found guilty for allowing the abomination of abortion-on-demand, and God has been testing us fully for decades to see if we will ultimately choose to be destroyed or to become the light to the nations as He planned. The overturning of Roe v Wade was a small step towards having a chance to appease the anger of The Almighty and delay a swift destruction. 2024 will probably be a year of reckoning. I pity this nation if we don’t choose people for leadership that value LIFE, LIBERTY and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS over those who worship an ideology of DEATH on demand. Our punishment will be justly deserved if we fail.
