January 1, NY District Attorney Defies Traffic Stop, Curses Out Officer in Shocking Video

A shocking bodycam video has surfaced, revealing a New York district attorney cursing out a police officer and defying a traffic stop. The district attorney in question, Jennifer Noto of Ontario County, is seen behaving belligerently and arguing with the officer.

Officer: “Do you understand that you’re supposed to yield to my emergency lights?”
Noto: “F*** your emergency lights. I know the law better than you.”

Noto was pulled over after failing to yield to the emergency lights on the officer’s vehicle. Rather than complying, she chose to argue and claimed superior knowledge of the law. Her comments in the video are aggressive and demeaning.

Officer: “You’re an attorney?”
Noto: “I’m the District Attorney.”

The officer, clearly surprised by this revelation, attempted to handle the situation professionally, reminding Noto of her duty to respect the law. Despite his composure, Noto continued to argue and act disrespectfully.

Noto: “I don’t have to yield to you. I’m the DA.”
Officer: “No, you have to yield to emergency vehicles.”

Throughout the video, Noto’s behavior raises concerns about her ability to effectively serve as a district attorney. If she’s unwilling to comply with a simple traffic stop, how can she be trusted to enforce the law in more complex situations?

This incident showcases the importance of enforcing laws equally and maintaining professional conduct in all circumstances. It serves as a reminder that no one is above the law, regardless of their position or perceived authority.

In an age where law enforcement faces increasing scrutiny, this video offers a rare glimpse into the challenges police officers face on a daily basis. It also serves as a cautionary tale for those who believe their titles grant them immunity from following the same rules as everyone else.

She is wrong. Everyone who has ever taken driver’s education are taught to pull over for emergency vehicles. I see it all the time when I am traveling.

This is typical of every fucking Democrat in the United States. This woman should have been hand cuffed.Taken to Jail and incarserated and forced to go before a nutural Judge. Forced to apologize to the Officer and the whole New York police force. Pay a fine, loose her License for 6 months.

Better get your facts straight. She was not the DA from Ontario County NY named Noto. She was a a DA from Monroe County NY named Doorley. Absolutely poor reporting . I will unsubscribe as nothing on this website is credible.

Disgraceful attitude of a Civil “servant.” This sort of corrupt, foul attitude needs to be addressed and punished. These people are out of control. Above the law, they still work for us but now they think that they’re something special.
She ought to be fired but of course people like her never pay the price and have no respect for our first responders.

SHE SHOULD BE SUSPENDED FOR THREE WEEKS WITHOUT PAY, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT SHE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED IF ANY OUTLANDISH BEHAVIOR IS DEMONSTRATED. ANY BEHAVIOR THAT BRINGS DISRESPECT/SHAME ON THE D.A.’S OFFICE WILL BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY.

If an average “Joe” had done what she did, he would have been surrounded by cops, arrested, man-handled, and spent the night in jail, plus tickets for speeding, failure to stop for LE, evading arrest, and probably another half dozen infractions. Instead, she finally gets a ticket and the officer apologizes for her having a bad day!

Isn’t there something in the law about running from police and outright resisting? She should have been taken to the door of
the officer’s car, not the back door to her house.
