January 1, Democrat Wins Race By Single Vote After Deceased People Cast Ballots

Published

on

Another “election miracle” has occurred for a Democrat candidate in Louisiana. In Caddo Parish, which surrounds Shreveport, an election for a new sheriff took place on November 18th. Democrat Henry Whitehorn defeated Republican John Nickleson by just 1 vote.

Unfortunately, there is no paper trail to examine in this race due to the parish using out-of-date voting machines purchased in 2005. Nickleson claims that multiple votes were double-counted, and his team knows of at least two deceased individuals who cast ballots on election day.

“We know that at least two voters voted twice, and that the votes of at least five people who were deceased as of Election Day were counted,” Nickleson noted on Twitter/X.

The voting machines used in Louisiana are nearly 20 years old and paperless. Voters simply push a button on the computer for their candidate, and the vote is tallied on the hard drive. There is no paper trail or printed record of the vote. This technology was cutting-edge in 2005, but it is inexcusable that it is still being used in 2023.

The only paper ballots available for recount in Caddo Parish are the absentee/mail-in ballots, which account for about 17% of the votes on November 18. The recount will not be a full recount, as there is no way to verify the accuracy of in-person voting due to the lack of a paper trail from the machines. Every other state has phased out these paperless machines and now uses machines that print out a ballot after voting.

Caddo Parish conducted a recount of the absentee ballots this week. Both candidates picked up 3 additional votes, but the final result still had Whitehorn defeating Nickleson by just 1 vote. Nickleson immediately filed a lawsuit that same day, demanding that the Caddo District Court either declare a winner or order a new runoff election. The outcome of that court decision could happen any day now. If the District Court’s ruling is appealed, it would then go to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal, followed by the Louisiana Supreme Court.

This suspect election outcome is not unique. In Pennsylvania, voting machines switched votes between candidates in multiple counties.

In Bridgeport, Connecticut, a Democrat primary was thrown out by a judge after city employees were proven to have stuffed ballot drop boxes illegally in favor of the incumbent Democrat mayor. Three separate Democrats were arrested in New Jersey last month on voter fraud allegations in different cities. A second fraud case was also opened in Connecticut.

In Virginia, it was revealed that the registrar in Prince William County altered the results of the 2020 election and reported false results.

The Republican legislature in Louisiana has had three years since the 2020 election to reform their election systems and replace the outdated machines that leave no paper trail. Perhaps this sheriff’s race in Caddo Parish will serve as a wake-up call to fix things before the 2024 election.

With the machines being so old, now would be the perfect time to scrap them and return to a trustworthy system of paper ballots and same-day voting.

Why It Matters (op-ed)

Once again, we witness a Democrat “miracle” in Louisiana, as Henry Whitehorn clinches the Caddo Parish sheriff race by a single vote. This raises eyebrows and demands scrutiny, especially with the use of outdated, paperless voting machines from 2005.

These machines not only lack transparency but also open doors for fraud. The Republican candidate, John Nickleson, has already pointed out instances of double-counting and votes cast by deceased individuals.

Louisiana’s Republican legislature has had ample time to replace these machines and restore faith in the electoral process. It’s high time they act, lest we continue to see questionable election outcomes and further erosion of public trust in our democracy.

So if it was a crooked vote then why is he still able to win the office? All the stinking Democrats need to go to jail. I put Trump on trial for nothing and then they all do whatever they want and walk away??

There is no more dependable democrat voter than one that is dead. Chicago democrats thrive on it.

No it was not. I have been an election day worker since 2000. The machines described were not even cutting edge in 2000.

Democrats are smarter than Republicans when it comes to rigging elections. They learned early on to take control of elections by putting their people into those critical positions throughout all levels of local and state governments. ‘It’s not important who they vote for. It’s important who counts the votes’ — Joseph Stalin.

Hey Wyatt Porter, Where in the Constitution does it establish this nation as a “democracy”? When will you media idiots learn and state the facts – this nation has a REPUBLICAN form of government, not a democracy. Our election process doesn’t work because we allow people who hate this country to hold positions of authority. An oath of office means nothing to a leftist, and anything goes when the object is winning – lie, cheat, steal, murder, …

What is so special about getting Dead folks to Register?
They also have been getting the “Living Impaired” to Vote too!
Chicago’s Democratic Politicians have been doing that trick for years!
Are we to deny the Constitutional Rights of the ‘Living Impaired’ to vote DemonRat?
Are we to disenfranchise and halt the practice of Zombie Voters to be bused from Precinct to Precinct, to Precinct, to vote?
People, this is not who we are!
Mr. Obama has said that we are not capable nor intelligent enough to handle our own affairs and that we should allow Government Agents to do so for us!
We are also to give up some of our God Given Rights and Freedoms as per Mr. Obama
It can only be concluded from pResident Obama’s Speeches that we should allow others to vote for us!
Zombies have been doing this FOR US, for years!
