January 1, Congress Probes Billions Lost in Minnesota Fraud
Wyatt’s Take
- Congress is investigating huge fraud in Minnesota’s social programs.
- Top state leaders are accused of looking the other way.
- Billions in taxpayer money might have vanished since 2018.
Republican leaders in Congress are opening a big investigation into fraud in Minnesota’s social services. They say state warnings about stolen money and misuse were ignored for years by those in charge.
The probe centers on claims that huge sums were stolen or misused under Democrat Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison. Both leaders have been invited to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee after being accused of letting billions disappear without action.
Federal agencies have taken notice too. The SBA has suspended nearly 7,000 Minnesota borrowers over $400 million in shady COVID loan activity. Health officials are holding up child care funds due to suspected daycare scams, and there are ongoing investigations into other schemes like fake autism diagnoses and a program meant to feed hungry kids but possibly lining others’ pockets instead.
Some lawmakers say these scams happened because state leaders cared more about votes than fixing the problems. Reports say Minnesota could have lost up to $9 billion to fraud in recent years.
Governor Walz calls the investigation a political attack, but congressional leaders say protecting taxpayer money is their job. They want answers and better safeguards so hardworking Americans aren’t cheated again.

Wow! Congressman is going to investigate the fraud! All young can do is laugh! Congress can’t even decide which bathroom they need to use! Hold your stupid hearings, make yourselves look even more stupid that you already do! In the end, after all the bloviating, not a damn thing will happen! Reason: they already knew about it and they are stealing the money themselves! They are all corrupt! RepubiCANTs and DemoncRATS alike!

Billions LOST? You just can’t find it! Check DNC contributions? Check political accounts? Somalia didn’t get it, there no better off than ever before. Besides, if, “IF” any made it to Somalia? They’d be fighting over it! No? Politicians got rich again off The Peoples money again as usual!
