  • U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro blasts a judge for blocking subpoenas on Fed Chair Jerome Powell.
  • Judge claims the move was just to bully Powell into lower rates or quitting.
  • Pirro vows to appeal and fight back hard.

U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro slammed a ruling by Judge James Boasberg that stopped grand jury subpoenas to the Federal Reserve.

Pirro is probing Powell for lying to Congress about Fed headquarters fixes in Washington.

“Outrageous,” Pirro said of the decision.

“Jerome Powell is now bathed in immunity,” she fumed. “This is wrong, and it is without legal authority.”

Pirro plans an appeal and a motion to rethink the ruling.

Judge Boasberg ruled no probable cause for the subpoenas.

“Did prosecutors issue those subpoenas for a proper purpose? The Court finds that they did not,” Boasberg wrote.

“There is abundant evidence that the subpoenas’ dominant (if not sole) purpose is to harass and pressure Powell either to yield to the President or to resign and make way for a Fed Chair who will,” the judge added.

“On the other side of the scale, the Government has offered no evidence whatsoever that Powell committed any crime other than displeasing the President,” Boasberg stated.

Folks in Middle America, hit hard by high rates, need real answers from the Fed—not elite cover-ups. Share this if you’re tired of Washington protecting the powerful.

Appeal it. Win it. Remove from office using appropriate laws. May have to prove lawbreaking. Follow the money.
