January 1, BREAKING: Liberal Governor Signs Glock Ban — Pro-Gun Groups Fire Back With DEVASTATING Legal Challenge

Wyatt’s Take

  • Maryland’s Democratic governor just signed a statewide ban on one of America’s most popular handguns — the Glock — in a brazen assault on Second Amendment rights that affects millions of lawful gun owners nationwide.
  • Pro-gun advocates immediately filed a federal lawsuit challenging the ban as unconstitutional, arguing it criminalizes the most common firearms used for self-defense by law-abiding citizens.
  • This is the left’s playbook: ban the guns Americans actually own and use to protect their families, then act shocked when patriots fight back in court to preserve their God-given rights.

Maryland Governor Wes Moore signed sweeping legislation banning Glock pistols across his state, triggering an instant legal firestorm from Second Amendment groups who say the Democrat is trampling on constitutional rights.

The new law targets some of the most widely-owned handguns in America. Glocks are the go-to choice for police officers, military personnel, and millions of everyday Americans who depend on them for personal protection.

Within hours of Moore’s signature, pro-gun organizations filed a federal lawsuit arguing the ban violates the Constitution. The legal challenge emphasizes a critical point the left conveniently ignores: these pistols are among the most popular on the market precisely because they’re reliable, affordable, and effective for lawful self-defense.

“These pistols are among the most popular on the market.”

The timing couldn’t be worse for law-abiding Maryland residents. Crime remains a serious concern in Baltimore and other urban areas, yet the Democratic governor’s response is to disarm the good guys while criminals — who don’t follow laws — keep their illegal firearms.

This ban doesn’t just affect Maryland. It’s part of a coordinated blue-state strategy to chip away at gun rights nationwide, testing how far they can push before the Supreme Court steps in.

Second Amendment advocates argue the legislation is clearly unconstitutional under recent Supreme Court precedent, which protects firearms in common use for lawful purposes. With millions of Glocks in circulation, there’s no question these handguns meet that standard.

The legal battle is just beginning, but the message from gun owners is crystal clear: they won’t stand by while liberal politicians strip away their constitutional rights one firearm at a time.

Wyatt Matters

When politicians start deciding which guns you’re allowed to own for self-defense, they’re not protecting anyone — they’re grabbing power. Hardworking Americans who’ve never committed a crime shouldn’t have to justify their choice of home defense to some bureaucrat in Annapolis. The Second Amendment doesn’t come with an asterisk, and it sure doesn’t give governors veto power over what the Founders guaranteed. This fight is about whether your family’s safety matters more than a politician’s agenda.

So he should no longer have an armed security detail. Safe for voters; ditto for him.
While the media wring their hands following every shooting on the news, they then devote the balance of the evenings with hours of violent ‘drama’, graduating three generations of viewers who think nothing about killing a few people.
Keep the Glocks; instead control and tax these lucrative media colleges of violence to pay the many thousands of victims and families, and the staggering costs to treat heal and bury those victims.

This is the way the communist think. Take away guns from the citizens and they can’t be challenged. Socialists and authoritarian and theocracies think. The Iranian people can’t revolt because they don’t have weapons to change their future. Cubans and Venezuelan people could not overthrow their governments because they don’t have the weapons to change their future. You can’t take away our guns because who would be left to defend our country if our military fails. Did anybody see the movies red dawn, fallen skies and the walking dead.

Another group of people had the idea to remove guns from civilians. I believe they were called Nazis. After they removed the guns they then decided to remove the freedom of millions of people and enslave them.
