January 1, Hunter Biden Skirts Gun Charge as Federal Judge Dismisses Case

Published

on

Hunter Biden’s controversial gun charge has officially been thrown out by a federal judge.

This development comes despite previous expectations that Biden would face prosecution on this charge before the plea deal became problematic under the spotlight.

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika agreed with the Justice Department’s proposal to drop the primary gun charge.

Why? It seems that Biden, the President’s son, is already entangled in a three-count indictment brought against him just last month, as reported by The Messenger.

Originally, Biden, now 53, seemed poised to admit guilt to two minor tax offenses and was slated to attend pre-trial diversion for the gun-related accusation.

This trajectory took a sudden shift when Judge Noreika highlighted concerns about an immunity clause present in the deal during a hearing in July.

Things intensified for Biden in September as he found himself indicted on three separate counts: possessing a firearm as an unlawful user of, or someone addicted to, controlled substances, and two instances of providing false information to secure a firearm.

Biden, maintaining his innocence, recently entered a plea of not guilty.

As the court proceedings press on, his legal representation asserts their intention to campaign for an indictment dismissal, staunchly defending that their client committed no legal wrongs.

How typical of this crime family! Any other person would have been jailed. It is appalling, disgusting, and vile that so much crime both Hunter and daddy have done yet norhing ever happens to either of them. That whole family should be on trial!

He is a corrupt daddys boy and he should be in jail as we speak. He’s an embarrassment to this country just like he dad is. If I did that on a gun application there is no way in hell if would get by with it. It stinks, but then everything about the Biden’s does. So unfair.

This fool should have been in prison years ago. Daddy has gotten benefits for his sones all of their lives and this fool deserves none of them. And, they need to get a good judge on this case that isn’t afraid of the swamp.

He should be jailed for sure. If that’s the case then president Trump’s cases should be dismissed as well. Absolutely can not trust the DOJ at all. It is a real shame!
