Wyatt’s Take

  • Federal officials launched an investigation into a New Hampshire school district.
  • Parents say girls were told to use different restrooms if they felt uncomfortable.
  • The complaint alleges the district removed sex-based protections from its policies.

Investigation began this week into the Contoocook Valley School District following a formal complaint filed last August.

The complaint states the district prioritizes gender identity over biological sex in locker rooms and intimate spaces.

Kimberly Richey, assistant secretary for civil rights, made the administration’s position very clear.

“Young women should never feel unsafe or uncomfortable in their intimate spaces because their school leaders care more about gender ideology than protecting girls’ dignity and privacy,” Richey said.

She added that placing the burden on girls to move out of their own spaces when a male is present is a form of discrimination.

The Department of Education intends to fully investigate these claims and uphold the rule of law.

Legal experts noted that some states are trying to ignore federal directives regarding sex equality.

They argue that schools receiving federal money cannot simply ignore the Constitution or basic safety standards for children.

The district previously faced scrutiny for policies that required staff to use preferred pronouns.

Some of those rules even allowed schools to keep student transition plans a secret from parents.

Wyatt Matters

Our schools should be the safest places on earth for our children, not laboratories for a radical social agenda.

Protecting the privacy of young women is a matter of common sense and basic respect that Middle Americans wholeheartedly support.

Sue the district, bankrupt them and let the parents either homeschool or form another school and keep the idiot ignorant lowlifes away from their children. Stop supporting the school district completely.
