Wyatt’s Take

  • A Tennessee judge handed down a 438-year sentence for Matthew Cody Ball’s crimes.
  • The jury convicted Ball on 14 counts, including child rape and aggravated sexual battery.
  • Prosecutors said the sentence reflects the severity of abuse against six children across Tennessee and Texas.

Matthew Cody Ball was sentenced on April 14 after a jury found him guilty of 14 counts including child rape and aggravated sexual battery. The 36-year-old was tracked down at a motel after a 10-year-old girl bravely came forward to her mother.

Investigators discovered that Ball had been victimizing children since 2011 across multiple counties in Tennessee and Texas.

Prosecutors presented evidence during the hearing that showed he harmed at least six young victims.

District Attorney Thomas Dean called the behavior of the defendant disgusting and outrageous during the legal proceedings. Because the crimes happened before a new state law was passed, the court used this massive term to ensure he never walks free.

Tennessee law dictates that Ball must serve every single year of his 438-year sentence without any hope for parole.

He will also be required to register as a violent sex offender for the remainder of his life.

Don’t let any radical leftist lawyer anywhere near this pervert. He will try to get him out on an insanity plea. this pervert should have been put to sleep. That would have been the humanitarian thing to do to him.

He must serve the whole sentence (438 years)with no chance of parole. And the must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life…so how much life is remaining after 438 years. Anyway…he’s a good candidate for ol’sparky…

The good things is that his fellow residents at, probably Riverbend, will make sure he receives a nice warm, loving and caring reception. Until the day he dies. Which shouldn’t be too long after he arrives. Remember Jeffrey Dahmer?

I personally think he should be put feet first into an industrial size wood chipper running on low speed. And even that’s too good for him.

I have 3 adult kids and 9 grandkids. If anyone EVER touches one of my grandkids, my kids and I will make sure that he becomes Gator Bait.

Hmmmmmm … 438 years is good.
An execution would have been better.
