Wyatt’s Take

  • Sen. Rand Paul wants to end vaccine maker immunity.
  • New bill would let Americans sue vaccine companies over injuries.
  • Current law shields big pharma from most lawsuits.

Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky has introduced a bill to remove legal protections for vaccine manufacturers that have been in place for forty years. This proposal would hold drug companies responsible if someone claims to be harmed by a vaccine and wants to sue.

The legislation, supported by Senator Mike Lee of Utah, was sent to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions for consideration. If passed, it would change the 1986 law that keeps most injury claims in a special federal program instead of letting folks file lawsuits in court.

Paul argues that repealing this shield gives regular Americans more power to hold pharmaceutical giants accountable.

The CDC has tracked millions of reports of vaccine side effects over the years. There was also a government-backed study showing that the nation’s main reporting system catches less than 1% of possible vaccine issues.

If you want more say in what goes into your body and want big companies to answer for their products, keep an eye on this fight in Congress.

Rand Paul I hope you win because 1000s of people have been hurt, Even people who wouldnt take the
bio weapon lost their jobs and their homes, So many people died from them or are living with difficulties

Maybe this will make the drug companies actually do long term testing before unleashing drugs on us.

I hope this does not pass in the simple form that it appears presented, because if it does, every Tom, Dick, Mary and Jane that feels the slightest urge to sue will find a shyster lawyer who will be willing to go after the “deep pockets” of Big Pharma.
I, agree there should be recourse for injury but to simply remove any liability protection from vaccine manufacturers will stifle research and most certainly cause a huge increase in price, (as if meds weren’t too expensive already), because if anyone thinks the pharmaceutical companies and their insurance are going to pay for the lawsuits defense or judgements, think again. It will be YOU AND ME paying multiple times what we already pay for stupidly overpriced meds.
Don’t forget, it wasn’t the pharmaceutical companies that forced the “jab” on the American public, it was our GOVERNMENT!!
