Wyatt’s Take

  • The accused Minneapolis school shooter had a legal name and gender change as a teenager.
  • Paperwork confirming the change was validated by federal officials.
  • The suspect attacked during a church school mass, then took their own life.

Authorities verified that the Minneapolis school shooter changed names and began identifying as female at age 17, supported by official documents.

Records show the name change took place in 2020, while the shooter was still a minor and with permission from the mother.

“His mother signed off on the name change from ‘Robert’ to ‘Robin,’” reported FOX News’s Brook Taylor.

Police say the shooter used several guns, firing into the church from outside and hitting children during mass. Two kids lost their lives, and 17 others were left hurt.

After the attack, the suspect turned the gun on themselves.

In 2023, a woman identifying as transgender carried out a deadly shooting at a Christian school in Nashville, taking six innocent lives. In that case, she abandoned another target to avoid being called racist.
