Wyatt’s Take

  • Gosnell died at age 85 while serving life in prison for his heinous crimes.
  • A jury convicted him of murdering babies born alive by cutting their spinal cords with scissors.
  • Investigators believe his actual victim count could reach into the thousands over three decades.

Kermit Gosnell finally met his Maker after decades of running a house of horrors in Philadelphia. This man spent 30 years targeting the vulnerable and taking innocent lives through sheer barbarity.

The notorious abortionist reportedly died in a Pennsylvania prison in early March. News of his death surfaced after health complications reportedly plagued the 85-year-old inmate.

Gosnell was sentenced to life without parole in 2013 after a trial that exposed the filth and cruelty of his clinic. He famously targeted poor and minority women who had nowhere else to turn.

“He was a chilling monster who could sometimes come across as charming,” journalist Ann McElhinney said.

The trial revealed that one baby boy survived outside the womb for an hour before being killed. Photographs of the child in a plastic container shocked the jury and helped secure the killer’s conviction.

“May God have mercy on his soul, but his soul was filled with evil, so there may be no mercy for him,” Detective Jim Wood said.

In addition to the murders of infants, Gosnell was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for the death of a mother at his clinic. Many believe he escaped justice for hundreds of other deaths due to political pressure.

Wyatt, you need to convey that to Hollywood re the utter depravity and extreme graphic violence that is now the mainline of almost every movie production! Viewing generations, since the 60’s, have constantly witnessed the arbitrary execution of humans as though we are a disposable species that can be slaughtered for just about any reason! Remember when Ward and June Cleaver had separate twin beds . . .?
