January 1, China Retaliates Against US After Pelosi’s Taiwan Visit

China retaliated against the U.S. after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) visited Taiwan, suspending all planned discussions on major international issues.
The U.S. and the Chinese Communist Party were reportedly supposed to discuss climate change, drug networks, and military action.
“The cancellation also sent a clear signal to the U.S. that the Chinese side will never accept the U.S. blatantly damaging China-U.S. relations without bearing any consequences,” said Lü Xiang, a U.S. studies scholar from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the recent trip to Taiwan, trying to smooth things over.
“I want to speak to the recent activity concerning Taiwan because I know it’s on a lot of people’s minds,” Blinken said on Thursday.
“The United States continues to have an abiding interest in peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait. We oppose any unilateral efforts to change the status quo, especially by force.”

Pelosi went to Taiwan to divert attention away from her husband’s DUI wreck and his insider trading of stock. Pelosi didn’t and doesn’t care about our country or citizens. The Dem/Communists will say and do anything to cover up their lies and criminal activity. Biden didn’t condone Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan because he is beholden to China for his retirement fund for him and Hunter. Don’t you just love the Dem/Communists giving away your money???
