On wealth and fairness, Steyer said:

“The richest people in America think that they earned everything themselves. That’s so ridiculous.”

He wants to force big corporations to pay more taxes, highlighting his past efforts on similar ballot issues.

Previously, Steyer used his money to campaign for President Trump’s impeachment. In 2020, he spent millions running for president but failed to win support.

He later backed Biden’s campaign financially before ending his own run.
