January 1, Bill Maher Backs Luna on Iran Strike, Angers Democratic Panelist

Common sense is breaking through even in the deep blue bubbles of late-night television. During a recent broadcast, liberal host Bill Maher actually stood with Republican Representative Anna Paulina Luna on President Trump’s bold military actions against Iran.

Luna argued that taking out Iranian threats was necessary to protect American lives and control a dangerous situation before it spiraled.

Maher shocked his audience by agreeing with her, much to the frustration of the Democrat on the panel.

Representative Luna made it clear that a president must be willing to act to save lives, even if the media objects.

She pointed out that neutralising short-range and ballistic missile programs was a win for global stability.

LUNA: “If you know that you are going to get hit, and if you know you’re going to have people die, ultimately I would never want to have be in that position as the president. But what I will tell you is I would rather be on the right side and be able to control the outcome of something that I know is going to happen regardless.”

MAHER: “I…I have to…I have to agree.”

BEGALA: “We’re not controlling SH*T! What are you talking about controlling the outcome?!”

The discussion also turned to the integrity of our elections, where even the hardcore liberals had to admit the majority of Americans want secure voting.

Maher cited statistics showing that over 70% of Democrats and even more Independents support voter ID requirements.

BEGALA: “Democrats should agree to voter I.D. period… It’s not some racist thing. It’s not. So they ought to do that.”

When the left-wing host and his guests are forced to admit Trump’s foreign policy worked and that voter ID is a fair demand, you know the tide is turning.

It shows that populist ideas aren’t just for our side of the fence; they are simply the right way to run a country.
