January 1, Epstein List Delayed: Jane Doe Fears Exposure, Clinton Unmasking Looms

Published

The release of a list containing over 150 associates of the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has been delayed due to an appeal from a Jane Doe. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York will not publicize the list until at least January 22, after a judge granted the Jane Doe a 30-day extension, NewsNation confirmed on Wednesday morning.

U.S. District Court Judge Loretta Preska granted the extension on December 21, but the court document did not become public until Tuesday, the day after the list of Epstein associates was originally scheduled to be released.

Jane Doe, number 107 on the list, believes she could suffer physical harm if the list of names is released because she lives in a “culturally conservative” foreign country, her attorney told the judge in a letter.

“As Doe 107 has previously stated, she lives outside the United States in a culturally conservative country and lives in fear of her name being released,” her attorney Richard Levitt stated. Preska’s order on December 18 does not appear to mention Jane Doe 107, a detail noted by Levitt in his request for an extension.

She now has until January 22, 2024, to submit an affidavit to support her assertion that her name becoming public puts her in harm’s way and provide details about the hate mail she has received. Levitt is also allowed to turn over additional support for his client’s fear of physical harm.

The release of the Epstein associates list is connected to prominent Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre’s long-running litigation against Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell. Former President Bill Clinton is expected to be unmasked when the list becomes publicized, according to ABC News.

Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for conspiring with Epstein to abuse minors. Epstein was found dead in August 2019 as he sat in a New York City jail cell awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges. Jail cameras did not record Epstein’s death, which has been officially ruled a suicide.

Why It Matters (op-ed)

Once again, we witness the manipulation of the legal system to protect the powerful and their heinous secrets. The delay in releasing Jeffrey Epstein’s associates list is a blatant attempt to buy time and bury the truth.

The Jane Doe’s appeal may seem reasonable, but it conveniently prevents the exposure of high-profile names, like former President Bill Clinton. The Epstein saga is a testament to the corruption and collusion among elites, who continue to evade justice.

With each delay, the chances of holding these criminals accountable diminish. It’s time to demand transparency and reveal the entire sordid network that enabled Epstein’s monstrous actions. The victims deserve nothing less.

aIs there a reason Doe 107 ncould have been omitted from list during their objection and the rest made public. REALLY DOESN’T TAKE A SCIENTIST TO SEE WAYS TO SATISFY WITHOUT BREAKING LAW. PROSCUTE THE GUILTY AS YOU WOULD COMMON CRIMINALS

Is ‘Jane Doe’ a real person or just a cover name for Bill Clinton? A lot of money was spent and at least one person died to keep this list secret. Even the FBI/Clinton ‘clean-up crew’ couldn’t destroy all the evidence that Epstein had on them. Big money, big power, who else will they kill to keep their names secret? Dead men tell no tales.
