January 1, Kasich Praises Halftime Show, Sparks Backlash

Wyatt’s Take
- Former Ohio Governor John Kasich praised Bad Bunny’s halftime show at the Super Bowl.
- The energetic performance divided opinions, with some calling out Kasich’s remarks.
- Kari Lake fired back with a blunt response that lit up social media.
John Kasich shared his love for the halftime show, calling it a “grand slam home run” and celebrating Latino culture. The stadium crowd, however, seemed less excited, with many saying there was “zero energy.”
“Love the halftime show which celebrates the wonderful Latino culture. Great pick and great show. Bad Bunny hit a grand slam home run!”
Social media users were quick to poke fun at Kasich. Many doubted he knew who Bad Bunny was, hinting that his comments were out of touch. Folks also questioned his use of a baseball term to describe a football event.
“You really ARE a pussy🤣”
Kari Lake’s sharp post got the biggest reaction, quickly spreading online and drawing cheers from conservative circles.
Some joked that they’d support the performance if Bad Bunny had used his stage to call for unity in America. In the end, the show left plenty of people talking and more than a few rolling their eyes at politicians weighing in.
Check out the trending reactions to this halftime debate and see why so many in Middle America remain skeptical of political posturing during classic American events.
Wyatt Matters
Moments like this remind us why regular folks value honesty over empty praise. People in the heartland want leaders who pay attention and actually understand the events shaping our culture.

It is no surprise that Kasich (affectionately known in Ohio’s gay community as Kasuck) has been gay since his college days. He has been a demonic satanic homo for years. He doesn’t seem to try to hide his perversion anymore. He is a George Soros paid Demoncrap communist stooge. In 1916 when the Republican National Convention was in his own state of Ohio in Cleveland, he wouid not even welcome the crowd. The Democratic Mayor who was much more conservative than pervert Kasuck attended the convention and gave the crowd a rousing speech. He spoke kindly of the nominee to be while the homo Kasuck being interviewed by his dyke lezzie communist in arms Hit-liar-y. I wondered if he was trying to a three way with him, Billy and Dyke Hillary. He will fortunately split hell wide open even be dies. He needs to come clean about his homosexuality which is known by Republicans who don’t want to be even with him and join his queer perverts in the satanic party. The same goes for pedophile Mike Pence who claims to be a born-again Christian. About 300 parents filed complaints against him before he ran for Governor of Indiana. He was forced upon Trump as VP.

I don’t care about his sexual preference it has nothing to do to do with his opinion. What I do care about is his saving it was great celebrating Latino culture. The Super Bowl is an all American event. It is or should be celebrating America not anything associated with politics, race, bigotry, protests, or anything but the 2 best teams in the league fighting for the supreme win! Every year this keeps happening and it detracts from the sport. I don’t care for rap and have been watching it for many years. Mix it up guys.
