President Donald Trump remains in “excellent health,” his physician declared Friday following the commander-in-chief’s annual physical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center earlier this week. The results are pouring cold water on media speculation about Trump’s fitness for office.

“President Donald Trump remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function,” Navy Capt. Sean P. Barbabella, the president’s physician, wrote in an official memo.

“His demanding daily schedule, including multiple high-level meetings, public engagements and regular physical activity, continues to support his overall well-being. Cognitive and physical performance are excellent.”

“He is fully fit to carry out all duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.”

The comprehensive evaluation included diagnostic studies, laboratory testing and consultations with 22 specialty providers — a level of thoroughness that stands in stark contrast to the stonewalling Americans got during the Biden administration’s health cover-up.

Trump, who turns 80 in June, stands 75 inches tall and weighs 238 pounds. His resting heart rate clocks in at 73 beats per minute, blood pressure reads 105/71 mmHg, and oxygen saturation sits at a healthy 98% on room air.

The examination identified no major health concerns. Barbabella noted scarring on Trump’s right ear from the assassination attempt he survived in 2024 — a reminder of the violence the left has incited against this president.

The physician also reported mild lower-leg swelling, which has actually improved from the previous year.
