Jim Jordan, a Republican from Ohio, is leading the charge in Congress to stop liberal judges from making wild decisions. He talked about how a Republican Congress can deal with activist judges on The Alex Marlow Show.
The show’s host, Alex Marlow, mentioned U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedges. She allowed the release of a suspect who allegedly firebombed a Tesla dealership. The suspect’s lawyers argued that being transgender and needing treatment for ADHD were reasons for the early release.
Jordan said it’s important for Congress and the media to show what these activist judges are doing. He explained that Congress has three ways to fight back: pass laws, do oversight, and draw attention to these issues.
The Republican House is already taking steps. They passed a bill introduced by Rep. Brian Mast from Florida. Jim Jordan mentioned this bill aims to stop a single judge from issuing rulings that apply to the whole country.
Jordan pointed out that even Justice Elena Kagan, who was nominated by Democrats, agreed with this idea a few years ago.
Marlow discussed how Democrat lawyer Marc Elias has been using activist judges against Republican administrations with nationwide injunctions. Jordan said it’s about taking things one step at a time. He emphasized that the left trusts unelected “experts” too much, which is not how the system should work.
Jordan reminded listeners that elected officials, who answer to the people, are supposed to make decisions. If voters don’t like what they do, they can vote them out every two years. He argues the left often tries to take away liberty by trusting the wrong people.
Mast’s bill aims to stop judges from controlling taxpayer money in ways the president doesn’t agree with. Jordan said such decisions should be made by the right courts, not individual judges, suggesting a time frame for making these decisions.
Jordan and Marlow talked about how the Supreme Court is overloaded with cases, and they might need a quicker way to handle some decisions. Jordan said the bill they passed includes a way to speed up these processes for certain cases.
Jordan urged Marlow and Breitbart to keep exposing activist judges. He praised President Trump’s achievements and the new leadership in government agencies that focus on serving the people rather than going after them.
He specifically mentioned the DOJ and FBI under Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, saying they are now tackling the real bad guys.

Wyatt Matters!
There have been a lot of concerns about judges making big decisions that seem unfair. Some judges, called activist judges, make choices that can change things for everyone in the country, even though they aren’t elected by the people. It’s important that the people who make the big decisions are the ones we elect and trust to lead us. That’s why some people believe that Congress needs to step in and make sure these judges don’t have too much power.
To fix this, Congress is trying to pass new laws and keep an eye on what these judges are doing. It’s like checking their homework to make sure everything is right. A new bill, supported by some Congress members, tries to stop a single judge from making decisions that affect the whole country. Even some people who don’t usually agree with Republicans, like Justice Elena Kagan, think this is a good idea.
Some people think the government should work in a certain way, where elected leaders decide what happens, and not just a few judges or experts. The idea is that if we don’t like what our leaders are doing, we can choose new ones when we vote. This way, we have more control over the important choices that affect our lives every day. It’s important to keep talking about how things should work so we can make sure everything is fair for everyone.

I always thought that judges are supposed to make judicial decisions based on the rule of law, not creating their own laws. Judges need to be elected and term limited. They need to follow the rule of law, period. Letting that transgender thug off the hook because he needs further treatment is mega BS! That was a voluntary decision to transgender and if he needed any further treatment, he should have thought of that before he broke the law. I hope Brian Mast and Jim Jordan have enough votes in Congress to get the bills passed so we can reign in these corrupt rogue judges. ANY judges bypassing or breaking the law needs to be disbarred and, if applicable, charged and incarcerated. Judges are NOT above the law!!!

I’m not in Jordan’s district, nor am I anti-Jordan, and a lot of times I agree with him, but has he ever actually accomplished anything? He talks a lot, but what has he actually DONE?
