January 1, Biden’s Memory Fails Him Again: Forgets Term “Covid”
Once more, President Joe Biden’s ability to keep his thoughts straight has come into question, causing concerns among citizens and critics alike.
During a recent press conference, Biden’s choice of words raised eyebrows as he seemingly forgot the term “Covid,” and instead opted for a vague description, terming the ongoing pandemic a “health crisis.”

Setting the stage, Biden began with optimism, highlighting, “AI has the potential to transform research,” and stating, “America leads the way toward responsible AI innovation.”
Yet, it wasn’t long before he began to falter, further fueling doubts about his cognitive clarity.
Evidently, President Biden aimed to present himself as informed on the latest advancements in technology.
This attempt was particularly noticeable following his engagement with the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology in San Francisco.
A day before this interaction, Biden had been in Michigan, spending a brief 12 minutes with autoworkers.
However, what took center stage was the President’s stark warning on the implications of not passing the stopgap funding bill.
He claimed, “If we have a government shutdown, a lot of vital work in science and health could be impacted – from cancer research, to food safety.”
In a clear nudge to the opposition, Biden proclaimed, “So the American people need our Republican friends in the House of Representatives to do their job: fund the government.”
Yet, even with such assertive remarks, Biden’s ability to handle on-the-spot inquiries was lacking.
Faced with questions from multiple reporters, the President seemed lost, giving blank stares in response.
It was this concerning display that prompted his aides to promptly wrap up the session and usher the reporters out.
Biden’s closing words, “I don’t think anything is inevitable in politics,” could be taken in numerous ways, but one thing remains evident: his public interactions continue to be a point of contention.
