January 1, Video: Nevada Governor Faces Violent Threats at Restaurant
Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak (D) and his wife faced violent threats from two men who accosted them at a Las Vegas-area restaurant.
In a cellphone video obtained by the Las Vegas Review Journal, a man could be seen briefly putting his arm around Sisolak and asking if he was the governor.
“This is amazing,” the man said. “I can’t tell you what a piece of f—ing shit you are.”
“Sorry to hear that,” Sisolak replied, stepping away.
Sisolak and his wife began to walk away. The first man repeatedly asked Sisolak where his security was, while another man began to yell.
“Wait till we find all the money that flowed his way,” the second man said. “Yeah, hiding the hydroxychloroquine.”
The first man accused Sisolak of being a part of the New World Order, a conspiracy theory rooted in antisemitism, and of working for China. The two men followed the Sisolaks outside as they left the restaurant.
“We should string you up by a lamppost right now,” the second man screamed. “You know what they do to traitors? They hang traitors.”
Sisolak’s campaign spokesperson Reeves Oyster denounced the violent rhetoric in a statement.
“This behavior is unwarranted, racist, and un-Nevadan,” Oyster said. “Words have consequences — and the GOP field should be horrified that their rhetoric is encouraging violence. Anything less than a denunciation is condoning this behavior and encouraging it to continue.”

I consider myself a right wing conservative. But this behavior is abhorrent. I don’t care what side you are on, one must never threaten people who do not think the way you do. I absolutely despise Mr. Biden and the dems for what they are doing to the country but I would never resort to violence to make my point. Shame on those individuals who accosted the Gov and his wife.

Anyone care to bet that this was a Democrat planned and executed ‘false flat’ to divert attention from poor performance by the governor in question?
If his popularity is such that he might not get re-elected then he needs the ‘sympathy vote’… those who’re too stupid to know they should vote issues and policies, not emotions.

How do they know or assume that these fellows are Republicans? Maybe they are democrats that have taken their heads out of their ass and finally seen day light.
