January 1, Trump’s New Deadline Pressures Putin for Ukraine Peace

Published

on

President Trump is fed up with Putin. He talked about it on Monday in Scotland with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Trump said he is tired of waiting for Putin to make peace with Ukraine. He gave Putin a deadline to stop the war, but now he’s making it shorter.

Trump is upset because just when it looks like there might be peace, Russia starts shooting rockets at Ukraine again, hitting places like Kyiv and hurting innocent people. Trump said that’s not the way to act, and he’s not going to put up with it.

Trump now says there are only about ten or twelve days left for Putin to get his act together. He wants to hurry things along because waiting hasn’t worked.

Back in July, Trump said he’d put big taxes on Russian goods if Putin didn’t make peace with Ukraine. This would hurt countries that do business with Russia, especially those buying Russian oil and gas. But it seems like Putin isn’t worried about Trump’s deadline.

Recently, Russia has been attacking Ukraine even more, and lots of people are getting hurt. Both countries have tried talking in places like Istanbul, but they haven’t agreed on anything important. They’ve only swapped prisoners so far. Russia wants Ukraine to give up some land, but Ukraine’s leader, Zelensky, said no way. Zelensky wants to meet Putin face-to-face, but Putin won’t because he says Zelensky isn’t a real leader since Ukraine didn’t have a presidential election last year due to martial law.

This situation is serious, and President Trump is trying to push for peace. Let’s see what happens in the next ten or twelve days.

Wyatt Matters!

President Trump is frustrated with the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He believes that waiting for peace hasn’t worked and feels action is needed urgently. Despite previously giving Putin a deadline to make peace, the situation hasn’t improved. Russian attacks continue, harming innocent people in Ukraine, and this behavior is unacceptable to Trump.

Trump had warned that he would impose big taxes on Russian goods if peace wasn’t achieved, aiming to pressure Russia economically. This could impact countries trading with Russia, particularly those relying on its oil and gas. However, it seems that Putin isn’t concerned about this threat and continues his aggressive actions. The failure of talks between the countries means more innocent people get hurt as the war goes on.

The conflict remains serious, and President Trump hopes to push for a resolution swiftly. He has given Russia about ten or twelve more days to make peace with Ukraine. This timeline shows Trump’s determination to see an end to the violence, and everyone is watching closely to see if peace can finally be achieved.

Putin has no intention of stopping, His attitude is “Who are you to tell Me what to do”? I see him as a heartless mongrel of war; not caring for the young men of his country dying on his agenda of living in the past of Russia’s glory.
Then there’s the WWIII nuclear threat when push comes to shove.
