January 1, Trump Was Right Again on Trout’s Yankee Stadium Triumph

Wyatt’s Take
- Mike Trout hit five home runs in a single series against the Yankees.
- He became the first visitor to homer four straight days at Yankee Stadium.
- The Angels split the series, and Trout is showing strong form heading into 2026.
Angels star Mike Trout just taught the Yankees a lesson in the Bronx by hitting five home runs in a single series.
This performance shows that when healthy, the South Jersey native remains one of baseball’s biggest stars.
The veteran slugger entered the series with only two homers but left looking like his old MVP self.
His final blast of the series was a massive 446-foot solo shot that helped Los Angeles secure an 11-4 victory on Thursday.
Aaron Judge praised Trout despite the loss.
“He’s the greatest, the greatest of all time,” Judge said.
“Every time he comes to the Bronx, man, he puts on a show. I hate to see it, but it’s fun competing against a guy like that.”
Trout has faced many injuries over the years, but he played 130 games last season and looks strong for 2026.
Middle America loves a comeback story, and seeing a player with Trout’s work ethic dominate on the big stage is a win for the fans.
Wyatt Matters
Hard work and resilience still matter, and Trout’s latest surge is a reminder that perseverance can pay off in a big way.

We all hope and pray that Trout stays well this year. He’s great player and even greater human being. He stuck it out with the Angels and they haven’t provided him with a winning team. Hope that changes.

Trout…#27 Since his early years I have always seen Mike as the “2nd #7 The mick?” Now at a much later date in time, we can all see the similarities…Both guys struggling every day fighting through injuries….God blesss them both…yes Mick too!
