January 1, Trump Vindicated Deep State Meltdown as Foreign Thieves Drain Medicare Funds

Wyatt’s Take
- A foreign national in California is accused of trying to steal $90 million from American taxpayers.
- He allegedly submitted thousands of fake claims for medical equipment like knee braces.
- Federal prosecutors say a sham company was used to bill for equipment never provided.
The Department of Justice says 38-year-old Anar Rustamov used a company called Dublin Helping Hand to file the fraudulent claims.
He allegedly targeted unsuspecting seniors and used provider names without their permission.
Reports indicate the scheme lasted from October 2024 through June 2025.
Rustamov remains at large while federal officials work to locate him for prosecution.
“Rustamov participated in a scheme to steal nearly $100 million in taxpayer funds from a program intended to help those who truly need medical care,” U.S. Attorney Craig H. Missakian said.
If the suspect is caught and convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
The government is also looking at heavy fines for each violation committed during the fraud.
